Think it would be a good idea to have a human-readable bit saying why the change is needed and ideas of what it will impact for the social use of the technology. So that a wider group of people could give input, as this project is as much social as it is technological in process and outcomes. Ideas please.
If we keep not doing this then we have a tiny number of people pushing process that will be ignored, so in the end the is little outcome, just a little ego feeding. This is pointless, and nobody actually wants this outcome.
