did:ap can be used to extend any DID method. The relevant part of the FEP:
did:apis a DID method that can be used to add DID URL functionality to other types of DIDs.
So did:ap:web can be defined in the same way as did:ap:key. I’m primarily interested in did:ap:key because it doesn’t require any servers or blockchains.
