There is no documentation for oStatus remote follows, but this article is the best I’ve found: How to implement remote following for your ActivityPub project
In addition, I’ve proposed FEP-3b86 which standardizes this behavior and expands it to include other kinds of activities (such as Like and Announce). I think it’s a big improvement over oStatus, and I’m happy to help anyone who’s interested to implement it.
