Email integration is not working

People who are trying to create an account here don’t receive confirmation emails. I also haven’t received any email notifications from SocialHub for a couple of weeks.

@how It seems that email integration is not working, could you look at it?

Yes indeed. I created a staff topic about this today. The issue needs admin involvement.

Sorry for the delay: I was offline.

Now I’m with COVID-19 again, but the fever dropped a bit and let me update the email service to something I’ve been experimenting in the last few months to avoid the flaky Postal service. Everything should be back and working, except some replies that will fail since I consolidated all email to use @activitypub.eu.

We also have POP3 working so we can reply be email.

Please tell me if you see anything unusual or bork.

Thank you! I have been able to activate my account just now. (I had to sign up again, since presumably there’s a timeout for activating via email)
