New dude here. I’m interested in creating a new ActivityPub application. I’m a self-taught programmer, and I’m starting to get to a point when I can ship some working web apps independently.
However, a project of this scope pushes my skills to the limit, and I find it hard to pursue it in my free time; I would like to pursue some modest funding to pursue the project. So, I was wondering: are any research groups - especially in Europe - that are deeply engaged in Fediverse research?
I believe I have a feasible and interesting project proposal which addresses real-world problems in the nonprofit and social enterprise sectors.
