  • The #indymediaback is a Fediverse project about rebooting the radical grassroots media network, Indymedia, by anchoring it in trust-based #4opens (Open Data, Source, Process, and Standards).
  • ogb project designed to create a trust-based, decentralized framework for governance within grassroots networks and communities.

What do people think? Please try to build good will, maybe we can try for some consensuses?

The full project funding texts are here

As usual @hamishcampbell , there isn’t enough context here to make it clear what you’re proposing or asking for. I see that you have made some funding applications to NlNet for some of your many projects. I hope some of them are successful : )

Updated with more info, sorry for the short text, as I am from #DIY culture and assume people will click on links and work things out themselves. As you point out this is no long true, we do need to rebuild this, It’s actually what the projects are for, chicken-and-egg issue.

I think you’ve been online long enough to understand that clicking on links can be dangerous if we don’t know what they are (phishing etc). Also if we click on every single link we see online, we’d never have time to do anything else. It’s on you to give enough context along with the link to convince us that it’s worth our time.

These all seem like worthy projects. But I’m still not sure what you’re asking for by posting about them here, or how they connect to the purpose of this forum as a watering hole for fediverse developers.
