Get FEP included in specref

Specref is a database of web standards. As FEP is kind of like a standard, it would be nice to have them included in there

Background: It seems that bikeshed uses Specref as a default datasource. See here.

Opinions? Should one attempt to automate the process or is doing it manually ok?

To fix this, we would need to get her entries in https://www.w3.org/2002/01/tr-automation/tr.rdf updated. Anybody an idea how to approach this?
