NGO’s, being content generators extremely interested in direct contact with supporters, on to fediverse would be massive. It would both encourage them to properly run their websites, and show them there’s life outside of corporate networks, all with nearly no overhead for them.

Providing this sort of service is one of the goals [Bridge Seat Co-op project](http: //bridgeseat.nz). But it also sounds like the sort of project that ought to be fundable by a consortium of not-for-profits.
