Keeping ActivityPub community assets online

@Sebastian recently informed me that he would not keep paying for the services he has been hosting since his key involvement with the seminal APConf. This topic is to discuss how we take care of those historical assets.

We’re talking about:

Maybe @Sebastian can clarify what resources there are, their cost, and whether it makes sense to take over the hosting cost, or move them somewhere else.

Currently this forum is taken care of by petites singularités, the association I co-founded and work for. We would be fine with taking over more costs, or sharing them with other entities. We could also take care of the hosting and receive donations to keep all assets available.

We already discussed several times the accessibility of things under the activitypub.rocks domain, including Discussing the evolution of the activitypub.rocks site. If we could take this opportunity to reinforce a « webmaster team », that could be helpful as well.
