While I was trying to play a bit with moodlenet I found that well-known webfinger was trimmed so I cannot find any resource.
So I ask at moodle forums and they said that implementation was abandoned back in 2020 ( https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=439634 ) but may restart.
Do you know what was wrong as said in https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=422885 and https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=421802 ?
