Created an issue to attempt to restart the FEP process. #20 - Drafts that should be either final or withdrawn - Fediverse-Enhancement-Proposals - Gitea: Git with a cup of tea

I feel there may also need to be an update process for EDITORS so that the basic machinations occur weekly or so.
