Hello,

I am working on a new ActivityPub extension for Starter Kits, to provide a simple and easy way for new accounts to automatically apply a curated set of actions and settings to enhance their initial experience.

I think collection should be ordered, and have an attributedTo property indicating the author of the starter kit.
