I am confused how this post got here.

This is what happened:

• While ActivityPub was enabled here, this category was following fediversereport.
• fediversereport boosted the posts that appeared in this category.

• If I hover over the account icon, it says “this account is no longer active”. It has my avatar and a user handle that’s apparently an auto-derived one from mine (appended a “1”)
• There is no associated account profile page, and there is no indication that I can see about where it came from.
  Where do I log some usability issues?

There is an ActivityPub status, but it’s currently only visible to staff.

This feedback is useful for my internal case that it should be visible to all users
