I’m an individual and assuming that even trying to understand what Horizon Europe 2021 is about will consume more energy than I can afford. Yet, I applied for grants in the past and I’m interested in applying for new grants, eventually. When cascading grants are created by large organizations (for instance https://dapsi.ngi.eu/ or NGI Projects | Next Generation Internet), to reduce the administrative overhead to something that is more in line with individuals or NGOs.
Am I wrong?
